‘Khyen Chyen’, Kashmir’s first and only Food & Beverages journal encourages aspiring food writers to channel their thoughts and creativity into a piece that captures the way they think about food. The aim is to inspire a new generation to pick up the baton when it comes to food writing.

The rules

NOTE: The competition is open to all. Entries should be emailed in MS word file and with a covering note listing your name, age, occupation, contact address and phone number(s). Closing date is noon on 20th December 2018. The judges’ decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
